ya! get high defense and HP buff,jump into the fire!!
u wont get fire damage in the middle of fire circle,
and with HP buff,u will be able to take the poison damage.

since fire n poison damage can be recovered by time,"recovery speed +2" buff from HH will help a lot.
support from team members is also important,
bring some "life dust" for mass healing will be great too.

If you want to take the least damage from the fireblast you just have to stand near the outer circle where the fire will hit.

It tosses you into the center, you get up and the fire surrounding Espi should be gone.
