Neither.
It's a 2-3% chance main quest mission complete either nono/kamu or 20% break kamu head. That's it.

Be patient , I killed 45 kamu and 25 nono to get all the sharp wolf fang I need . If I know reward only have 2% , I will never wasted my time kill nono . But haft of my fangs come from reward , so do this : wear luck+ armor , feed guild pugi to get luck boost , break kamu head then capture .
