LOL. it doesn't matter what they say. Besides he is just commenting on Persin's IGN and not about bans or anything like that.
The ppl on the bottom comments are just about learning english or some such.
Besides, recently I just use english about anywhere EXCEPT in world chat, mostly because I don't care to advertise in english. lul. Some koreans talk to me in english anyway so it truly doesn't matter.
What are they going to do? Ban the koreans who speak english too? All someone has to do is take a SS of a korean speaking english cover the rest and claim: 'this guy nub foreign person, ban him plz'. The logistics themselves are detrimental to the process.
In any case, hangame doesn't care about foreign players. More than a few koreans already told me that, as I ask from time to time what others think of ads in english In poular korean servers. The reply is usually something like it doesn't matter, it's about playing.

It hard to communicate because I dont know korean and he doesnt good at english either .

Usually if you two find it hard to talk, just ask them if they want to fight something.
Playing duo with new ppl, even if you can't understand them, you both come to understand it's more about playing the game together. That surpasses any language barrier TBH. A common ground.

At least Persin will make an effort and use simple korean phrases, if only macro'd. He's quite sensible, I think.
