I just wanted to ask if theres someone who would like to farm some HR.61 Hypnocs/Blangongas or else for Green Tickets.

The Dual Los Quest isn't there anymore but i want the Garuga Armor so badly that i don't care if i have to kill 50 Hypnocs for 5 Green Memos

Help is veeeeeeeeeery appreciated

you need to go quest 61 rank you will find there i have 14 memo i hope you will get but remember some time not getting so keep try 61 rank mission
