I have a question about this gunner combo. What are all the skills ? and are the pieces right ? Crimson Fata / white mono / blango u / espinas sp / white mono ?

Ya, that is the combo.
After some G gems are added:
Adren+2
Crit+3
Atk Up large
Load Speed+3
Recoil+2
Load Up
The load speed+3 comes from the SP gem

you can alter the set to be:
SP helm
white mono chest
blangonga U gauntlet
Espinas U tasset
white mono leggings
and gem in similar if not the same things but with HGE

You can swap in the Earplug SP gem for HGE, if that is what you want.
You can use another set:
Rio Soul Cap
Monoblos/Garuda chest
Guardian/Healer R arms
High Metal U
Gizami U legs
Though this set is somewhat specialized for the Kusha LBG, it give Load Up, HGE, Load Speed+1 or 2, and Normal Shot Up among all the other standard gallery gem+++ skillz w/o having to swap gems.
Alternatively...you can make Espinas U tasset and use the Crimson Helm set with an SP helm instead, using Load Speed+3 gem, it already has HGE after 2 Earplug G gems...buuuuuut if you use White Mono chest, you will need one slot on the gun to use all these skills.
Most LBG that are worth using will have a slot though. So it's all good.
Edit: Damn you g0gibazballsack, you ninja'ing terd, I will post the male version with pictures in the complete armour set thingy if someone doesn't beat me to it...and if I'm not completely preoccupied with festival crap after maint.

I liked the
SP Helm
Booster pack chest
blango U arms
SP tasset
mono leggings
you can actually play around with it and get 2 G Gems and get HGEP
ah! i remember another one now

i forget all the skills but it also has HGEP

for its looks ^^ and the skills in the end ( with one wep slot ) should be: RA+3, Adren+2, Attack Up Lg, Load Up, Loading speed+3, Recoil+2, HGE........right ?
