hey guys i know i've only been her a day or two and this may seem abit forward and blunt, but myself and another moderately sized playerbase have been working on a wiki that any english player can go to and get right into the game. What i would like to ask you is if you wouldn't mind us putting some of the guides you guys have made on that wiki. They are great guides and very informative so i believe they will help tremendously. Full Author/Ownership writes whatever the term is would be given to you and you can even help make/expand upon the wiki if you wish. So what do you say guys? Cheers ahead of time.

are you talking about mhfo.wikia.com/ ? i initially wanted a wiki/wikia for MHFO as well.. but editing there is a bit more complex and advanced.. so when i saw Yukiko's website.. i figured its best i throw down the guides here for simplicity and also forum based communication for help |

This is the wiki atm : vmhf.wikia.com/wiki//v/_Monster_Hunter_Frontier_(Korean)_WikiBut we are debating whether to start a new one because the owner of that wiki deletes things for no reason and it's at a disadvantage to the players. The new wiki will be entirely for the WHOLE english player base of monster hunter frontier (korean), the wiki you posted is rather empty that's why we want to make a new one , start up from scratch WITH the people who ahve/are making guides and DO help out the new players. It will also be non /v/ + 4chan related which the current one we are using ahs roots in. |

Aaah, Rathabros, i've seen them around. Yeah, feel free to use anything, just credit me/hotshotz if you post anything. I'm no good at wiki, so don't expect me to get involved. Anyone is welcome to use this forum, I might add, it's not restricted to members, even guests can view and post. You could just invite people here. From your post it seems you want to start a wiki from scratch, if we already have the information here I'm a little confused as to why you want this  But I won't stop you. |

well i agree with Yuki.. and even tho i prefer having one wikia only.. u said the owner deletes on his own..
One thing i didn't like about ur wikia was the language, slang and jokes involved..
Also, is the information being entered a copy paste job? or is it being verified with MHFrontier?
last thing, the mhfo.wikia.com does seem empty and untouched.. i could probably copy paste my combo list onto ur wiki site as well..

Actually it's mhfkr.wikia.com, and it's because a lot of people find wikis easier to search along with all the information being in one place once we get this up and running. The last wiki owner isn't too reliable, and like you said Hotshotz it had language etc. and we're aiming to make this one an open community not being part of any single group like /v/. This'll probably be a pretty ugly wiki for the next couple of days but should hopefully pick up eventually. To add, wikis let anyone edit the article (usually for the better, if not revert) in take over what inactive people started. We'd use the other MHF wiki that you mentioned but it seemed pretty dead. And we probably won't be copy and pasting word for word for everything but will probably be left untouched. |

well i haven't a clue how wikis work, so if anyone wants to use the stuff here go ahead, just credit me or hotshots, whoever wrote it.

it may be worth checking back here often, unless hotshotz would be willing to transfer any new guides/info posted here to your wiki, we post up new stuff whenever we find something in game.

The MHFKR Wiki is the new one we are making from scratch i presume. I think we will also put a link to these forums on there just because even though it's a little community here it's pretty awesome, i will also still chill here and on TS also =]

The wiki is up to 87 now, though most of them are place holders for the monster pages. Anotoher issue with the /v/ one is it didn't up up as organized as it could've been. But yeah I don't expect you to post your guides on the wiki any time soon so that's fine.
