It's been happening an awful lot lately, and this is peoples' accounts being frozen due to someone entering the wrong password multiple times.
If worst comes worst, you'll want to make sure you've done the following.
Especially the last one.
If someone doesn't like you, or you just run into a Korean player that doesn't like English speakers, bear in mind the first thing someone will do if they want to intentionally stop you from accessing MHFO is to try your character name as your account name. After a number of failed logins, Hangame will prevent anyone accessing the account until you validate it. And I know a lot of you won't still have the information you need to do this.
Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

- Make sure the email you used in registration is valid, you will have to confirm by email.
- If you can't do the above, write down the secret question answer you used in registration.
- Write down your "magic number".
- Don't tell ANYONE your account name. Seriously.
- If your character name is the same as your account name, BAD IDEA. If you're worried, just make a new character, if it's not too late.
