Now you're being blatantly hypocritical. You tell me I'm horrible for taking 45 minutes and dying twice yet when I call you out on your giant ego you tell ME I'm arrogant? You've got some fucking nerve, buddy. And I didn't barge in and say "USE RATHIAN U OR YOU'RE A RETARD" like your claims with Adrenaline, I interjected my two cents as to what I use for Gunner. Also, you weren't there with us. Even with some sort of psychic abilities you wouldn't know what happened, I'm all you have to go off of. Ninja, while not able to attack with his sword while Fatalis was airborne, was constantly running back to base and gathering ballistas and cannonballs to make up for his weapon's shortcomings. He tripped Fatalis several times, and shot him down even more. Nothing about my posts are hypocritical. I've stated the time was horrible, you could have done better. Yes, even without the best available at your level. Yes you did barge in, but no you didn't say "rathian U or retard" or however you wanted to put it, but the post was very arrogant for the fact you stated that you aren't like some "elitist" that doesn't go towards the ends of the earth for the best set. This comes with the fact that the poster requested information on a set not some message from a person using Rathian U and recommending it. Yes, I have nerve, but it doesn't take nerve to call out someone on their rude behavior on a forum. For the actual fatalis fight, you're right I don't know what happened, but knowing some gears can lend some insight on everything. For example, not having a good recoil reduction can mean some bullets if not many have missed and getting hit by tails can mean that either the gunner knew where to stand for damage or an ally wasn't being considerate or vice versa. |

i /agree with all here.. and i /disagree with all
tho it is fun for me when i first kill a new monster and it would take me 30+ minutes.. i enjoy it and have fun, but next time i wanna fight it, i would aim for 30- minutes and try to better my gear to kill faster...
as for adrenaline.. i didn't have adrenaline since HR1-50 (i phaaaail~) only reason was cuz of Basarios set that ppl recommended, gave -10 Fate(i think?) and didn't want that.. so i was using a 35% critical gear (meh~) just recently i made a meh-adrenaline gear.. and i probably wont make another gunner set if it doesn't have adrenaline ^^
also, u guys need to chilllll a bit lol.. some of you guys either A) cant give feedback properly or B) take criticism too hard on yourself XD

You just go hunt the way you do and if you come up with something useful to pitch in, do so. Don't just go in and kill every thread like you've been doing ^^
haha I can make a video on this showing you that all three fatas are easier fighting from the front, including the black one, but maybe its the way I fight them. As far as the Fata HP is it the same because I have solo'd fatalis/yama/shen urgents for a lot of guild mates and my HR800 urgent is black fatalis(which has been cleared) and I have killed many black fatalis solo and the time was about the same. Just hope they don't fly too much and you will see the difference. Yay for killin 500+ fatalis of all shapes and colors lol
Oh! and mono tripping, its VERY simple lol stay in between the legs and look towards the wings when you are working on the legs, that way its easier to move towards the tail or horn. It takes about 5 minutes on adren and close to 10 without it using the crim fata/ashu lao DSs

I'll go try that and hit adrenaline asap. Thanks smasher. About the fatalis thing, I guess you're right about that. I mean the 51 urgent as opposed to the 700 one or whichever. Hmm.. Now Ionno if this wont be a little offtopic ( as what Im reading ^^ ) but I did White Mono and MAN it took me 15 minutes with Para / Ice lance. I sure aint doing it again until I get some decent pair of dual swords tho. Not talking about the Cephadromes raping me all the time. But I also made myself lucky today, I got Espinas Hammer and Espinas HH ^^ Good thing I had a great party to farm Espi with =)  |
