rathian spike, 2% chance to carve from body, 8% from tail
rathian shell
kiera (?) bug, no idea what this is but the db says you can get it at the mountains or at the tower during breeding and warm season via bugcatching, around 15-25% chance, day or night at lower ranks.

you can get these pretty fast doing the rookie bulldrome quest in the arena i guess

I've been killing him countless times and haven't gotten any, do I have to do it in a certain quest or different season or something?

It might be a Bulldrome+ hide, in which case is HR31 and up.
I remember seeing that item when we were doing Gyp+ and there was a Bulldrome waddling around.
