mono 41 won't be around for another 4 weeks I think.
Mono 22 should be this week, but I only see it on the brief list instead of detailed list... which is unusual...

Yus. I payed for extra services. Some of the quests that are usually one week, remain after maint. for another week. For instance: the wyvern stone ganototosu quest was still there in EX, the Beru quest that i spammed the hell out of this week will still be there in EX, also EX SP elders are there for an entire week.
Monobli~/Gather quests/EX frontier quests and those midget boxes all there for you anytime. You also get the waterfall shop hax NPC.
Is it worth it? I would say yes, definitely~

One thing to mention about gathering quests...
You can get around 40 gathers instead of the usual 6.
So, mining at a single spot can be done around 40 times before you tap out, unlike normal quests which tap out around 6 or less.
