Total wrong section... The green items are from upper rathians, you can't get that until hr31+
The yellow bug I believe comes from sea of trees, also upper rank.
In other words, stop trying to get them until you're 31+

oh thank you alot but i have 2 of the second item. probly because i'v done rathian like 20 times lol. well thank u HR17 long ways to go thank you agin.
