Hi everybody, well I wanted to know which programme do you guys recommend me to use for editing and rendering, Adobe Premier Pro CS3 or Vegas 8.0 (And say why).

AvidXpress pro is one of the best, but really hard to use. (a lot of proffesional use it)
Premier Pro CS3 is excellent,
vegas 8.0 is imo... crapy
and ulead video stuido is easy to use but not to much advanced
i other words
If you want advanced editings and have a good knowledge on video-edit go for CS3 or Xpress pro
If you'are not strong on video editing go for ulead studio.

i guess the easy to use software would be Sony Vegas Pro 8.. but im not a big fan of it.. 'cuz i want more advanced features and complete control.. so i use Adobe After Effects CS4.. but not recommended for simple editing

wel i have adobe premier pro CS3 but i have no ide how to make a DECENT renderig. Can anybody make a tutorial for me on how to properly render on Adobe CS3? Thanks to all  |

i say vegas its not as complicated as Adobe CS3 and once you get the hang of it u can do pretty cool stuffs on it

I haven't used Vegas but I hear people talking about it so much. Even though I use After Effects at college it's still confusing. I'm gonna try Vegas and see how it compares.

Since i dont like the simplicity of Vegas... this is how i would compare Comparing Sony Vegas with Adobe After Effects is like Comparing Microsoft Paint with Photoshop XD however, mac users love sony vegas.. which i dont seem to understand... i think vegas is better on editing raw footage and after effects on creating special effects and such.. see www.videocopilot.net for tutorials on that |

Mac users should get Final Cut Pro, that programme rockz man! Final cut pro is like adobe premier pro, but 10 times better xD.
The only problem i have with adobe is that i dont knohow to do a properly renderization :S
