Break the horns. Like kusha, the horns are the "source" of their abilities.
Poison will also stop it for as long as it's poisoned.

Poison , Paralize , Flash , KO him ( all weapons can KO him , but impact weapons will KO him longer ) will stop the flame , but to break the horn you need dragon element so it best that someone spam para shots and the others have dragon weapons break his horn while he paralized .

That's just a head flinch, like tripping him. Real KO is when the stars appear on his head.
