I sometimes see people carrying two weapons. I can't seem seem to find anything about them. Anyone able to explain it to me?

Well I see them with two weapons next to their name and then they have two weapons on their back.

the 1st Weapon icon indicates the weapon type the player is going to USE IN THE QUEST
the 2nd weapon icon indicates the weapon type the player is using IN THE LOBBY
lobby sets are just random armor and weapons people like to wear in the "town" to look cool,funny,etc
but when they go into a quest, they will probably be wearing something else, not the lobby set.
lobby set and quest sets are different.
