Ah yes, that hammer. I remembered that there was a solo only plessy quest in order to get the item. I forget what exact quest it was, but it had a weapon restriction (Bow?) so it was fun after a while.
Just to clarify, it's not a combo item.
Try checking the event quests and look for a weapon restriction quest with plessy in the jungle map.
