Making a wepons question

so, i know the most matterials, BUT!, i dunno this one:

. So.. can anyone help me out?
Also i want to know if with the limitation of HR2 I'll be ever able to carve them. THX

The second one is from a high rank rathalos (possibly hr 31 or SP rank higher)
The english name for that item is Rathalos Medulla
From what i have learned from mhf tri, you need to cut it off a rathalos tail...
With the limitation of hr 2, I doubt that you can carve it or even buy them online with points. But you can always pass it on from higher rank account to lower rank one ( you must buy the premium service thing)
Since your version is Japanese, I cannot help you cuze i only play the korean version...

For the first one, I know it is from akantor but it is in japanese, sorry ._.
edit: the first one have something to do with akantor's tail.

Anyways,there's no possibility to get those items at hr2.
I suggest that you pay for Hunter Life and Extra Course


First item; Akantor Tail(HR71)
Second; Well-Done Meat(Adds 1 Stamina Meat)
Third Item; Rathalos Thorn(HR 22) tail cut(carve or in rewards)

I suggest that if he does not want to pay, he should play the korean version of it. ( almost all of us here play it)

thx for the info. I'd be smart enough not to hunt a rathalos enev without the HR2 limitation though X} now, as about the Korean version..... I read something about it, BUT i didnt got it very well.
I understood that there is a free trial period for Korean version(like 2 weeks), so i quited trying for Korean, if I'm mistaken plz tell me. If I am, does it goes like this: Korean ver. - Jap ver. HR6 limitation, Time zone limitation - HR2 Limitation, Country limitation, Time zone limitation.
Or not?

Where did you get the information that there is a free trial period for Korean version, and it is 2 weeks?
The korean version have a free trial EX version until you ranked over hr 5, unlimited time... Other than that. it is free, buy you have to pay for Premium services stuff.

Wasn't it up to HR10 that you had EX?
Once your Urgent quest was done at Hr11 then it would go away; That's how I remember it.
