If youre playing MHFO JP [japanese]
Then yes u need VPN.
if Korean MHFO. Then no.

thanks i'm already in the Japanese i'm using a vpn, but i was just wondering about the korean and i've trying to register but that kssn thing is pissing me off hopefully i'll get it to work soon.

Wrong.
You don't need a VPN anymore,as I've heard that.

you DO need one, SOMEstatic IPs don't need one (which would be my case)
but since most people have dynamic IPs, then they do need vpn at all times
