So I just became HR11, and I went to the cat in the first area who sells potions and stuff. Well, when I spoke to him, he congratulated me for my new rank (asked a Korean friend to translate for me) and then nothing. Is there something I'm supposed to do to get this cat to sell me stuff again? Does this become a Premium service after a certain HR?
I really need to buy the combo books from that cat so that I can expand my storage for items. Please help! Thanks.
