MHFO Launcher Error

Hi, i have created a acc in hangame and followed most of the the guide online to MHFO every thing is fine until i try to create a character and i will get a error saying ?????????????(2)

I'm not even able to play MHFO because i have problems with ?????????????(2) error
I live in singapore too kindly reply as i really really want to play MHFO
And does anyone else know what is this ?????????????(2)Error called? and how to solve it?
