How can I capture Rajang as pet?

In another post, a person said that you have to unlock a condition to be able to capture rajang as pet. Is that right or you don't have to do anything to capture rajang. I am hr 40 now and I am able to PvP, I cap rajangs couple of times but still nothing happened.

You need to have 50 wins in PvP and the chance to cap Rajan is less than 7% or something.

imho was about 3%, but not sure... so you need to cap bit more than couple. Unless you are damn lucky that is.

LS with 800 raw, 550 dragona dn blue sharpness
LS with 1008 raw and 120 paralyse
A lance with 506 raw and 560 dragon with blue sharpness

and some other little things
