Ravi Bareta is an event helm that has only come around once IIRC.
You'll have to wait for the event to come back to make it.

You need to wait for the Event quest(kill 10 hr 11 ioprey and basa and iodrome as sub)
Easy to make but difficult to upgrade :/
You dont need objekts like top wings but still laborious.
