The only way to get them are through events.
None of these events are available.
You can't make them now. You must wait for event to come back.

The event for the piercings has started..
They started today, 26th (Korea) and will continue until Dec 1st.
The event for SW+1 piercing (SW+1, Hunger small, Adren+1, 2 slot) will be on the 29th. You can aquire the books and trade them in for hypnock DS or Akura HH through some quests that have a main objective of trading in those books earned through the several events.

Oh!
Iirc, to get the SW piercing you must kill gravios (No items, no armor, HH and hammer only)
You'll get book 5 thingy... and you can trade it to SW Piercing (Tadaa~)
PS: Gravios is annoying.

well they add a new event each day iirc gravios should be on the 4th day

You take the books and make piercings.
You trade extra books in quest, the quests that have objective: book 1, 2, 3 and 4, 5, for the weapons.

If you got one of the 5 books, you can make a helm using those, as one book # for each.
If you have extra books of each one, you can take Book # 1/2/3 or 4/5 on a quest that has them to turn in, and it'll give you a special book where if you get both from the 2 quests, you can make some other things too.
I think, I forget how it went.
