They're Anteka horns. They're the little moose things that you'll find often in snow mountain.

ty very much, but another question how do i get to the snow mountains? i dont find any quests who leads there??

Talk to one of the quest givers. Choose the second option. Those are filters for quests. Then choose the 7th option. All those quests are in snow mountain. If you're still under HR 11, you can choose the yellow text quests which are the 8th and 9th quests. You can go gather and then turn in a map to end the quest.

I believe that comes off the giant boar guy in the jungle map. It's available in blue season. Think it's the 6th quest down in the jungle quests. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
