So i knew about this board, but didn't test it before.. was scared of meeting koreans 
Basically its a Board which searches all the servers for posted quests
You go to either one of the two available Quest Boards located in the main town
when you click on it.. the default option is "Search all".. but you customize it to << Specific HR >> and also specific monster that you wanna do in the box below it.
Example:
I did Espinas
it was shown as something like
Name; 에스피나스, ..... HR; 31,.......... 3/4 ........
I clicked the posted quest; it teleported me to that channel (later found it was Server 3, Channel 1, Lobby 4).. now since the Lobby wasn't full. i got in.. otherwise u would stand outside the lobby entrance
I got to the quest join board.. and they were talking in korean.. i guess waiting on me to join.. so i asked "Can i join? ^^" and after a few second i see "Yea" "Ofcourse"... and one guy said "dude, you are awesome!!!!!!!".. lol maybe cuz i had Saw Slicers? XD
so in the end, i did Espinas in 5 minutes, captured, full break.. tnx to two HR100+ and one HR41 heheh... Finally, no more getting board!!
Later i will show you how do add a macro, so that when u hit F1, it will say 'sorry i dont speak korean' in korean.. would be helpful after you join group.. but i would say when u joni a group of 3/4 ... chances are atleast 1 knows how to speak english
i joined another group, doing Green Plesioth.. and turns out i was playing with a Korean player named Ruby... living in Canada.. so he was talking to me in english...
