IIRC that gem needs a Gypceros head so you can see it and make it.
It's the stamina guild helm? If so, then that's probably what you need.

독괴조 머리 is a gyp head, poison birdie head.
It's a 2% carve no matter low/high rank Gyp.
There'a 3gyp frontier quest that is 12% reward...which is your best bet other than spamming hr5 or w/e gyps until you get lucky.
