Quest Contract failed

Hey there,
I have a question about the SP Plesioth Quest at the blue lady. There are 2 of SP Plesioth, the first one is right the first quest at hr100~ quests. the last one is plesioth, too, but i cant do it. everytime i want to contract the quest there comes a message saying smth like "the conditions are not meeted"...
what do i have to do?

It's probably has weapon restrictions. Check the other pages of the quest to see the weapon bans.
