You are not going to believe this but It- *Lost connection to server.* Seriously though, I believe it's a program used to allow the player to gain access to more information for different things, such as the amount of time used in quest, have the map always revealed, show the exact amount of health/Stamina needed to enable Adrenaline/Starving Wolf, HH Notes and what gives what and for how long, and other stuff like what each "food" item gives when eating a meal for the group or for only yourself. Here's an example: yfrog.com/6zi284146081jI myself have not used it yet, but from what the files in the download have, I'm way more then sure it's the same program used in the image shown. On a small note though, it ask for an ID when starting up the program, but I'm not sure if it's talking about your ID from your profile or not. Personally, I say it's a fancy little program used for personal use of playing the game, and nothing that alters the game play.

What i meant by cheating is "infinite flash bombs and such" so this tool is fine to use.
I think it ask for the ID of your character NOT your account ID.

Well, I know that anything Infinite is "Cheating" but I mean like, "Using a program to gain extra information on something that a normal player would not normally have."

If hanghey detects it through gameguard, or an update to gameguard they will ban you regardless as it will be seen as a third person intrusion, therefore a hacking program.
Which is essentially what it is if it does something similar to the pic you posted.

Still, I wouldn't "personally" see it as cheating (At the exception of the "Map always On") since it's only giving info on your status, and maybe some people like to see how much time they did, and not everyone is fast enough (or thinks about it at the time) to check the time left over from a quest, if they they like to be quick or something.
Other things like the marks on the health bar are useful too if say someone isn't all that great with adrenaline or something and would rather have the highest amount of health but doesn't want to spend time getting it just right or anything.
I can perfectly understand it though from their point of view as cheating, since the player has an advantage over the other players using a "third-party program." Oh well.

I use the mouse cursor to mark the adrenalin point and remember every maps of this game so no need for this program . And what the point of marking stamina for starving wolf ? lol
All I need is a safe program can read monsters 's HP , keep overkill or trap monsters too soon in capture only quests .

Well, not everyone thinks to use little things to help them remember the details, and would rather use a program to do it for them.
On the other hand, it could be just those players being lazy.. haha.
(At least I know I'd look at my self as lazy for using it... >_> )

I'd happily use it. I don't think this is the cheap kind of cheating, more the useful kind that won't affect anyone else, where no one will know the difference as the features are clientside. But like fox said, 3rd party program, and I wouldn't want to risk a ban if it were to be detected.
I'm sure Smasher said he marks on his monitor where the health bar will reach adren/SW and such. Even if i'm making that up, it's still a good idea to do. And you can print out minimaps and have them on your desk or pinned to the wall behind your screen or something. Same effect, and you won't risk getting banned.

too buttfuck lazy to register. anyway, hangame already aproved on an interview awhile ago that timer, as an example, is allowed since it doesn't alter the gameplay in their eyes. bunch of korean ppl use buff timer and alike.

Hm... so this Program is a "Go" then? I'd personally Like the Flute timer, as I tend to go HH at times too, as it would be useful.. I'm just checking to make sure 100% of the answer if it's alright to use or not.
I translated the links above and kinda read what they said about it, but I don't know, I just want to make sure on what it's "labeled" as.'
~Edit: "Infected?" Lolwut. I checked mine out and it seems to be fine... so I honestly don't know about that...
Reguardless, I'm working on doing my best possible translation guide...uh, "thingy" in a bit.
Hopefully it'll be of some use... Maybe.
