In MHFO, you can easily tell who sucks because they're wearing armour that isn't gemmed (lol toriaka with 0 skills) or weapons and armour 50 ranks lower than their current HR. I... I don't have any gemmed armor. And I'm better than you so you're obviously full of shit! LOLWUT Please say you're under HR100 Are you just low rank or do you not have a grasp of the basics yet? |

I've already used gems the nubRathalos armor on HR22.
But I remember seeing people running around with Garuga F and having 2 skills on it ( ra+3 and -gathering or whats the negative skill.. )
If your armor aint gemmed you are probably not better then Yuki =/

If I can reach 100+, fight SP monsters and SP elders without failing while wearing ungemmed armor, then I'm better than you. No, that's just embarassing if you don't know the basics of the game, and you're poorly trying to cover that up. This is an MMO, not Unite, y'know.
You do naked runs with bad weapons and armour for FUN. I've been a retard and gone on the quest with no armour, by accident, and still not died. Ahurr durr durr. But I don't go naked to every quest because even if I didn't get hit I would be fucking useless.
You don't spend the entire game with a shitty armour set and say "I DONT NEED GEMS CUZ IM THAT GOOD"
Read: "I don't know how to gem this armour so I'll pretend I don't need to"
But if you like spending 30 minutes killing something, hey, go for it.
Hahaha. Wow, HR200 and don't know how gems work. You, sir, made my day. Plus, I don't know who you are, I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of partying with you.

If you reach Hr100+, fight gangjong (NOT SP ELDER) and Byeongjong (NOT SP) monsters, and still do not have gemmed sets, then you are failing the game.
The point is to make a team and contribute to it. Not leech off of them for kills by not having the best skills you can on the armour you have.
Since yukii was hr31, she's used a gunner set gemmed with adrenaline, which helps more than a non-gemmed melee tard who doesn't know that he drags other people down.
If you think about it, that's essentially what you do. I think that is fairly simple conclusion.

ye sorry I should elaborate I thought the thread was cool
One time I was playing and I gemmed attack+30 onto my armor, basically you could say I am a pro gemmer but I wouldn't say that myself since it would be a little bit suss you know what I mean? It's like when someone says you're a cool guy/chick but honestly you can't just claim that yourself ay! Well I guess you could but it then people wouldn't think you were cool anymore and so you would kind of be lying
So yeah you see I can appreciate gems because they help me make the monster die faster sometimes I hear you can even gem it so that when the monster makes a loud sound you wont even flinch! Man I wish I could gem that thing where you make a weird movement as you see the monster and turn it into my character pulling the fingers at it, specifically pariapuria coz one time it vomitted on me
Edit: o Merry Christmas by the way, its like 10 am on xmas day an I gotta go see some bros have brunch with some friends and see my parents but we should talk more about pro gemming sometime ok, catch you up
