I didnt get the joke.
On the equip i can see that his set is not ended cause he needs ian R arms and they need winner tix,them he maybe didnt got.And maybe he use this set just as a lobby set to looks fag.And his HR doesnt mean everything.Maybe he just spammed Premium Quests 72h non-stop.
