I don't use Harvest pieces...because...well...
If you are asking for sets w/o cash pieces chances are you have no idea where to get or even bother with Harvest armour.
There are many better sets with harvest than the ones you suggested, but I won't post them unless someone HAS the armour and asks for a set.

You are a cheap hobo, but you bought cuffs, which opens up infinite more possibilities than those who will gather for about 1-2 months in solo non-ex quests in an attempt to not spend a dime. Although that ends up costing them more money in the long run. D: And that luck skill is just "Good Luck", "Great" luck is 20+ points. neosnake: If you honestly had Harvest armour and wanted Runner DS sets with Sharp +1, there are sets that max out skills: Guild Delivery Helm (Stam+10) Akamu Chest or Los L Harvest Harvest Kuraji F Sets that come close to max skills: Silver los Harvest Harvest Harvest SP Elder Legs. The original poster of the thread was moon, and chimera gathered the info from Inven where there are also exact topics showing the same thing "Where to gather". So basically anyone could have copied and pasted the items into inven, but no one is willing to do that. If Chimera hadn't posted that it would have just been a bunch of "where I get ____?  ans plz". Especially when there were topics asking where to get the armour in the first place even after moon posted that topic a while before 7.0 D: |

OkOK OK your are right peace and love the thing is i'm triying to combine harverst waist and arms cuz each part have +3 points in sharp,, with orus parts for a good set with Sw+2 and sharp+1 without cash cuff or cash parts but im not pleased with my experiment, and the parts you post look pretty good to me but dont have Hge and im trying to make one with basically Adre+2, sharp+1, hge, sw+2, atk large, ra+3 but i'm still searching trying do not many slot of wepons  |

Unfotunately when browsing though early Runner DS sets I think the only way to get quick sharp on it as well with all the other skills was to use at least pugi cuffs and one package piece/set or 1-2 cafe pieces. But I try not to post those because that's like...30$+ for one set.

So here is another artisan pugi cuff set, that doesn't use white harvest, cash armor or neko mimi ears, this set is fairly easy to make and can easily replace your toriaka ~^_^~ ... (only 19800 wons used on cuff and pugi armor >_>)  Skills: Attack up large, Adrenaline+2, Reckless abandon +3, Runner, Sword sharpener, Sharp+1, High grade earplug. Helm: Book#1 (+5 stam, +5 earplug, -10 sneak) Chest: Gospel Gloves: Silver rathalos Waist: Cephalos L (doesn't need winner tix to be made) Legs: Rathian R Cuff: Artisan+3 Def: around 550 with armor charms Gems: 7 attack gallery gems, 1 artisan gem , 1 earplug G gem, 1 expert+4 attack+1 gem , 1 sneak+2 gem. Note: If you dont use the sneak gem and use a 1 slot weapon you can add wide area using a +4 wide area gem, good for survival missions (ravianos, white espinas, etc.) |

DS set should really have fast sharpening <_> It's e'phen impossible to get all of the attack skittles with HGE, Sharp+, Runner, and Sword Sharpener. But I would love to see someone do it W/O cash. Anyone up to the challenge? I'm curious to see what sets 8.0/9.0 will produce relative to this conundrum. Keeping in mind, w/o cash. |

Chimera: Adrenaline or not? Adren + Sharpness+1 takes up the majority points in any set, they're so hard to balance out.

Getting Runner and Sword sharpener together seems to be the problem. They're both +2 /per one slot in a setup that's already tight on space. |

You can do it in 8.0 no probs with 0 cash parts for sure.
There an event piercing called 디아리 피어스 F with 87def Stam/Earplug+10 and element resist UP +15 with 5 spare points in evade.
With it it's just
Diari F Pierce

Gizami R (over silver los for more def)
Harvest Coil
Rioheart R Greaves
Sharp+1
Crit+2 (18)
