to have a higher chance of getting it, its best if you tried at night, but on a quest that's hr31~, Ive been getting a lot of rares when mining there at night on those quests.
btw anyone know where i could get killer beetles?

The last post on this topic was about 7 months ago...
The item is ONLY a night time mine...
It's 25% regardless of hr quest lower/upper/SP.
So what you typed could have been found by reading the first reply by hotshots from 7months ago, clicking on that link shows it as well.
And you should look for those killer beetles on inven. They show you where and when to catch them.
