Don't follow the ice path, the Insect Duals will need a bunch of hornetaur heads for upgrades (the center item), and i don't know much about the iron axes. Easy early duals are the Giaprey Duals (white veloprey claws), and the Guild Knight Sabers from the legendary smith.
Well, the ice path does branch into Giaprey claws, but you can also make them right away as well. XD

Okay, i decided to go into the Giaprey duals. Now i have another triple choice. I'm kind of into the last one, but i do not know what monster piece i need to complete it.  It seems i cannot create the others, but this one has some materials I've never seen before. I tried mhf inven, but found it unhelpful. Does anyone know what pieces i need for this neat pair of blades? |

Dual Finblades, that's plesioth and cephalos fins.
Bottom fish is knife mackerel I believe, you can buy those at the combination guy.

Hmm, I can't find plesioth. I guess it's due to my low HR (4). Which HR can i access Plesioth and where from? -thank you in advance.

I never noticed a plesioth being available to an hr7 person. Either your friend is lying or you misunderstood.

Hmm, but what HR is the blue crab? Centaur crab or something. I am in a great need for a new weapon. I temporarily managed to make an ice path DS, but going to replace it soon.

Okay, another noob-question. The melee axes in my first post require 3 materials. 2 of them i have, but the third one is a mystery.  Can anyone tell me what's the last material and how to get it? Someone told me it's pumpkin ore but i've no idea how to get it. |
