I found the name later yesterday when I came upon some rather good fan fiction about Dondruma. Actually that city was one of the things that drove me to get on the Frontier servers. There are a few decent videos of the layout on youtube. Never got to visit it myself, but I have been clawing for a chance.
Wanted to get on the Japanese servers, but they are closing them down...

well, when it becomes 8.0, there will be some new changes..
like a new monster [the ice wyvern] , new weapons,new armor ,etc

The most significant change is only for HR500+ users, which will be a new SR system. Basically a new HR system with new moves for the weapons and it feels like starting over at HR1 with all your shit, weapon rarity usage limits, defense and attack nurf blah blah.
