witeks; yes defintely get a better gear before you attempt Kushala.. Rathian armor would be a good choice.. imo.. maybe if ur lucky enuff.. hold on to Rathian Plate item.. 'cuz u will need it for kushala gear

mhg19; at hr 9.. i was doing Gypceros / Daimyo.. but u can also do some 6 Kutku killing..

Daimyo = find a team of hammers
KK = find a team of LS or mix with 1 or 2 hammer/lance... with bow ppl kinda lowers the overall team dps so it will just drag the game

Daimyo 1 hammer is enought
KK6 = we did it with ltr and witeks in 5~7 minutes (each kut-ku survived at least 30 secondes).

I also hate when someone bring an ls in a quest.. i juste hate it why ?... 90% of ls user i saw are noobs who keep hiting you...

erm... season are like what reality seasons are ... it will affect the quest and the environment of the quest.... for example if u want to do bas quest u need to either wait for warm season (red season in color) or u just simply change world..... with the color define the seasons...

Red is warm
green is breeding
Blue is winter

and season changes everyday .. if i'm correct every 24 hours...

if u want to do Blue KK then u need to be in the world that is on winter season, then u can find that quest... if u in warm season, it will not pop out...

the enviroment changes can the rate of obtaining certain item, example u your mining for firestone in volcano ... in warm season is 6%... and others are 4% or up and down

The bas set u need to gem with fate gem so that u can remove the 'bad luck' skill

let me give you guys a quick run down on these new puppies
Silver Hyp HR71
this little guy is located on the Jukai arena... muahahah you will like this place
when it rages, it does a foot work that will create quake effect, and then run around in cyrcles and kick you REALLY hard...
he can also take off the group and pin point you and dive to you, also a VERY powerful hit, sometimes after its dive, it will turn to you and slide itself towards you and kicking you again, and most likely giving you a 1hit KO oh and its weak to ice

HR51 Orange Espinas, located on tower
oh man... this thing will not let you stand up and heal if you let it run you over hehe
pretty similar to the green one, besides the suicidal explosion and infamous tail whip stance...
both of those hits are 1hitKO unless you have 700+ defense
tail can "only" be cut when its horn is off, aka weak... he's weak to water

Akura Vashimu, HR51 hehehe this one will give you a headache
HR51 located in desert night only, he is immune to every element and status, so that means no stun poison para and immune to thunder fire dragon blah blah blah
the crystals can be broken in order to cut the claws and face
Its tail shoots out some juice that will ice you up and take off ALL your stamina if you dont have mega juice of HH stamina buff, when you are iced up, you are like a time bomb, yougot about 20 or so seconds to shake the ice off or you will go boom!
The tail can only be cut when its on its back (after all 3 crystals / 2 claws +face are broken)

Akura Jebia, HR71 very similar to akura obviously but more agressive... tail is VERY difficult to cut unless you got a bad-ass set of DSs a good hammer and a good HH, it is also immune to everything. After its tail is cut, he grows a blood stone on the til of it which it can shoot out to anyone behind it and ice you up.

oh I forgot to mention, Akuras change color after each part is broken

break 1 claw = yellow
break 2 claws = blue
break 2 claw+face+tail = red

depending on the color it dies, it will drop a colored juice in rewards, these juice is used for the colors of the armors

berukyrosu, HR81 the infamous.... hehhehe
I am not telling you anything just yet just because he is the most fun hahahaha
weak to ice, tail can be cut along with horns wings and the 4 tail strings carapaces

oh and I dont think you will get pariapuria because it is 5.0 =P

Rezard and letter: Yeh, that Kut Ku run was uberfast seriously your Lances rock so much.
Heh I think I will make the Rathian set just for the lulz, I might anyways be able to make it already, not sure.. If nah I will go ahead and do Triple Rathian quest ( BECAUSE now I know where to get it --> thanks so much dxkid this is gonna be very helpfull to me ).

When rezard used that lance, I wanted it so bad. Haha. We both were like o_0 when someone said Ice+para. I check weapon tree and OMG so easy to make and so awesome.

Ice and paralyze? I want that ...
The new armors and such makes me wish I could advance in HR faster.
I'm still in early stages though, and probably need like another 80k HR before I'll get there

~HR31 you can full upgrade Ice/Para Lance...at time of 2.0. 4.0 has upgrade further I think.

Umm..it's from Iron Lance path, look for lance that needs Veloprey parts.

para lance = Darkness.
Ice para is good, but the para ratio is really weak, unless you can upgrade it further with the 4.0 patch.

Next again this weapon is useless if you lance like a lot of people do (They hold guard to much) (and they lance charge to much.. charge have to hit at least 4 time to be effective, or 3 with the triangle attack). But this weapon is excellent if you can lay a lot of hit on a monster at each opening.
